What are the shipping costs (verzendkosten)?

Where do you deliver (bezorglocaties)?
Worldwide delivery
We deliver worldwide. Whether you are in Arnhem, the Netherlands (Nederland), elsewhere
in Europe, or internationally, we ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
How long does production take (productietijd)?
4–5 weeks standard
We aim to complete all bespoke and made-to-measure orders within 4–5 weeks after
consultation and confirmed payment, depending on the complexity of your garment. You
will be kept informed throughout the production process. Delivery timeframes above
begin after production is complete.
Do you offer express shipping (express verzending) for urgent events?
Yes — contact us first
If you have a high-priority order — for example, a wedding suit (trouwpak) or a
last-minute gala tuxedo (smoking) — express shipping is available within the
Netherlands for €20. For international express shipping, contact us at
info@dhukecollectibles.com to discuss
your timeline and we will do our best to accommodate your event date.
Can I track my order (bestelling volgen)?
Yes — tracking number provided on dispatch
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its
progress in real time. If you have not received a tracking number within the expected
dispatch window, contact us at

Are shipped products insured (verzekerde verzending)?
Optional insurance for international orders
Customers can choose to insure products shipped to international addresses for added
peace of mind. Please request shipping insurance when placing your order or contact us
at info@dhukecollectibles.com before
your order is dispatched.
What about customs and import duties?
Customer responsibility
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges
imposed by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Dhuke Collectibles has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged (verloren of beschadigd)?
