Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. This applies to all fittings and consultations.
Is there a fee for consultations or fittings?
No. All consultations, whether for a suit (maatpak Arnhem) or a tuxedo (smoking Arnhem) are free.
How long does a consultation or fitting session take?
Most sessions last 30–45 minutes, depending on your requirements and garment type (e.g., maatkostuum, trouwpak). See our Booking Page for details.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my bespoke suit?
Store your suit (maatpak) in a breathable garment bag, avoid frequent dry cleaning, and steam gently. We provide garment bags with all Dhuke purchases.
Are your suits dry-clean only?
Yes. We recommend professional dry cleaning to preserve the shape and craftsmanship of your Dhuke piece (maatpak, smoking, or herenpak).
Can you recommend a cleaning schedule for suits?
Dry clean only when necessary, typically after 5–10 wears. Spot-clean minor stains to extend your suit's (maatpak’s) life.
How do I store my suits to maintain their shape?
Use sturdy hangers, keep suits in garment bags, and avoid overcrowding your closet. All tailored suits (maatkostuums) from Dhuke Collectibles include high-quality hangers.
Do you offer after-sales services like suit repairs or adjustments?

How do I place an order?
Order online via the Dhuke Store or contact us via WhatsApp/email. Visit the store or contact us.
Can I order online and pick up in person?
Yes. It is possible to pick up from our Arnhmen Studio. You can select this option during checkout or inform us during consultation that you’d like to collect your maatpak or trouwpak in person.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and secure online payments.
How long does it take to create a custom suit?
Production for a maatpak or maatkostuum typically takes 5–6 weeks, depending on complexity.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, within 48 hours. Contact us immediately to adjust your suits.

Yes. We create agbada and senator styles with the same precision as our maatpakken.
Are your suits available in single-breasted and double-breasted styles?
Yes. All maatpakken, trouwpakken, and smokings are available in both styles.
Can I replicate a design I’ve seen elsewhere?
