About the Role

Dhuke Collectibles is looking for an Operations Associate to own the end-to-end coordination of our production and delivery pipeline — from sourcing fabric to getting finished products into the hands of our customers. This role sits at the center of our operation, working closely with the CEO, tailors, logistics partners, and fabric vendors to keep every order moving smoothly from order to delivery.

This is a remote-first role, but you’ll need to be willing to go on-site when the work requires it.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact between the CEO and external vendors, including tailors, logistics partners, and fabric sellers.
ProcurementSource fabric based on active customer orders, balancing cost, quality, and turnaround time.
Product Quality ControlFollow up with tailors throughout production to ensure finished products meet design specifications.
Logistics HandlingCoordinate the movement of goods across the full supply chain — from picking up sourced fabric and delivering it to tailors, to collecting finished products and routing them to our holding facility or directly to the logistics partners shipping to the Netherlands. Ensure dispatch riders deliver as expected.
Social Media CollaborationWork with the social media team to ensure product images are captured and made available for content and promotion.
Customer CareProvide occasional customer support to clients in Nigeria.

  • Proactive, self-starter mindset

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

  • Prior customer care experience
