Welcome to Dhuke Collectibles ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your
use of our website (www.dhukecollectibles.com) and the purchase of our products and services.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read
them carefully before ordering.

1. General Provisions
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old
and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any
part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1.2 Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days'
notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use
of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We will never apply changes retroactively to orders already confirmed.
1.3 Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, images, logos, designs, and garment designs
is the property of Dhuke Collectibles and is protected under applicable intellectual
property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Language
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English
version and a translated version, the English version prevails.
2. Consultations & Appointments
2.1 Booking
Consultations may be booked via our website booking page, email
(info@dhukecollectibles.com), or WhatsApp (+31 684 553 752). Appointments are available
in-person at The Dhuke Atelier, Goudreinetgaard 5, 6831AT Arnhem, or virtually.
2.2 Consultation Fees
Initial consultations of 45 minutes are complimentary. Fees for extended consultations
or specialist fittings will be communicated and agreed in advance. No fee will be charged
without your prior written consent.
2.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance via email or
WhatsApp. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may result in a
cancellation fee of up to €25, communicated in advance. We will provide as much
notice as possible if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
3. Orders & Customisation
3.1 Order Process
Orders may be placed via our website, WhatsApp, email, or during a consultation. Upon
confirmation, you will receive an order summary by email detailing specifications, agreed
price, estimated production timeline, and payment terms. Please review carefully and
notify us immediately of any errors.
3.2 Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Items
All garments except standard Dhuke Corporate Shirts ordered without alteration are produced
to your individual measurements and specifications. You are responsible for providing
accurate measurements or attending fittings as requested. Dhuke Collectibles is not liable
for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by you, provided we have
documented and confirmed the measurements used before production.
3.3 Dhuke Corporate Shirts — Standard Sizing
Corporate shirts ordered in standard sizing without customer-specified alterations are
standard goods subject to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law.
See Section 6 for full details.
3.4 Order Changes
Changes to an order must be requested within 24 hours of the order confirmation email.
Changes after this period may incur additional costs and affect the delivery timeline.
No additional charges will be applied without your written approval.
3.5 Production Timeline
Standard production for bespoke and made-to-measure orders is 4–5 weeks from the
date of consultation and confirmed payment. Complex orders may require longer. You will
be informed of any deviation as early as possible.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices on the website are indicative starting prices. The final price for your bespoke
order will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer, major credit and debit cards, and secure online payment platforms.
All payments must be completed in accordance with the payment schedule before production
commences.
4.3 Deposit & Balance
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to commence
production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid and confirmed before delivery or
collection.
4.4 Non-Payment
If the remaining balance is not paid within the agreed timeframe, Dhuke Collectibles
reserves the right to withhold delivery. The deposit will not be refunded as it covers
materials and production costs already incurred.
4.5 Price Accuracy
In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You
will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without charge.

5.1 Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes only upon receipt of full
payment of the order value.
5.2 Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the
sole responsibility of the recipient.
5.3 Loss or Damage in Transit
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately at
info@dhukecollectibles.com. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and
resolve the issue. Optional shipping insurance is available for international orders.
6. Returns, Alterations & Refunds
6.1 Bespoke & Made-to-Measure — No Withdrawal Right
All bespoke and made-to-measure garments are exempt from the EU statutory 14-day right
of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in
Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code. These items cannot be returned, exchanged,
or refunded except in the case of a confirmed production error (see 6.5).
6.2 Dhuke Corporate Shirts — Standard Sizing, Unaltered
If you order a corporate shirt in standard sizing without alterations, you have the
statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery under Article 6:230o Dutch Civil
Code. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all
tags attached. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6.3 Dhuke Corporate Shirts — Customer-Specified Alterations
Once alterations are specified, the shirt becomes a personalised item under Article 16(c)
of the Consumer Rights Directive and is non-returnable. Alteration services for corporate
shirts are charged separately.
6.4 Complimentary Alterations — Bespoke Garments
Complimentary alterations are available within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
for all bespoke and made-to-measure garments. Contact info@dhukecollectibles.com within
30 days to request alterations. Requests after 30 days may be subject to a charge.
6.5 Production Errors & Refunds
Where a confirmed production error cannot be resolved through alteration or replacement,
a refund may be issued. Contact info@dhukecollectibles.com within 30 days of delivery
with a written description and photographs of the defect. We will assess within 5
business days and respond with a proposed resolution.
6.6 Model Withdrawal Form — Corporate Shirts (Unaltered)
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear written statement or use this model
form to info@dhukecollectibles.com within 14 days of receipt:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of [product], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: ___ Address: ___ Date: ___"

7. Care & Maintenance
7.1 Care Instructions
Care instructions are provided with every garment. Damage resulting from failure to
follow care instructions is not covered by our alteration or error-resolution commitments.
7.2 Post-Purchase Alterations
Alteration services beyond the complimentary 30-day window are available for a fee.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Conformity
Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are produced to the specifications agreed with you
at the time of order. The standard conformity requirements for goods under Article 7:17
of the Dutch Civil Code do not apply to custom-made goods, in accordance with the
applicable exception. We are committed to producing garments that meet the standard of
craftsmanship communicated during your consultation.
8.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim
shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable
for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8.3 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under Dutch
or EU law that cannot legally be excluded. If any clause conflicts with mandatory
consumer protection law, that clause shall be disregarded.
8.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable
control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or shipping disruptions. We
will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and work with you to agree a resolution.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 How We Use Your Data
We collect and process personal data necessary to fulfil your order, manage appointments,
and improve our services. We process data in accordance with the AVG (Dutch GDPR
implementation). Full details are in our
Privacy Policy.
9.2 Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is shared only with shipping providers, payment processors, and where required
by law. All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements in compliance
with the GDPR.
9.3 Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data,
and to object to processing or request portability. Contact info@dhukecollectibles.com.
You also have the right to complain to the
Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any
mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
10.2 Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@dhukecollectibles.com. We will
acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 14 business days.
10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may refer it to the Geschillencommissie
or another ADR body recognised under Dutch law. Information is available from the ACM at
www.acm.nl.
10.4 EU Online Dispute Resolution
EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform at
ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10.5 Jurisdiction
Any dispute not resolved through the above procedures is subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Arnhem, Netherlands, without prejudice to your
right as a consumer to bring proceedings before courts in your country of residence.
